[ARCHVIED] Mixologists do not work

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hire a mixologist, or go to any venue where a mixologist should tend a bar
What happens when the bug occurs? Anytime I hire a mixologist, go to any venue where a mixologist should be tending a bar, the mixologist is there but never does what they are supposed to.
What do you expect to see? Anytime I hire a mixologist, go to any venue where a mixologist should be tending a bar, the mixologist is there but never does what they are supposed to.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Mixologists do not work, my sims cannot have a bar drink unless they make the drinks themselves.
