    @PipMenace Hm, are you sure that worked before ? It still seems to work fine when you download a Sim from the gallery and change the aspiration.

    I'm really unsure but if you played the Sim a bit, isn't the first aspiration trait what you keep ?

    The cheat not removing traits not fully is a longstanding issue although it was mostly if you used cas.fulledit and not if you use the remove trait cheat.

No, just one - it’s just that I’d swear the one used to change in my game. I’d have the 3 locked traits that were set when they were made or aged up, then a fourth based on the current aspiration. But perhaps that was the bug and I just never realized. I only just got Sims 4 two years ago and at first was focused on careers not aspirations... so my game may just have been bugged several months in allowing it to change and I thought that was normal.

Still a bug that the remove_trait cheat removes the icon but not the effect.

And, I suppose, that in CAS after using that cheat it looks like you’re getting a new trait when you’re not... but now we’re just into ramifications of cheats so that last one wouldn’t really be an issue.

@PipMenace I'm really unsure how it's supposed to be but the cheat issue does sound like an issue but as cheats are unsupported, it probably won't get any high priority.
