Bathtub not functional when one green tile is blocked

What is your current game version number? 1.72.28.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All, except Journey To Batuu and Paranormal
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place a bathtub and an object next to eachother, so the bathtub is facing the other object.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims refuses to use the bathtub, with a toughtbubble over their head showing footsteps with a red X
What do you expect to see? Sims using the bathtub
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I have placed a bathtub and shower next to each other, and the sims refuses to use the bathtub.
I have removed the one mod from my game, and it’s stil an issue.
