[BDK] Toddler Has Option to Check Dust Level

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.71.86.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All content released to date.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have toddler in household click floor.
What happens when the bug occurs? The option to check dust level is present even though toddlers can't use a vacuum..
What do you expect to see? No option to check dust level for toddlers.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Installed Bust the Dust Kit.

Even though the check dust level appears for toddlers, it does drop from their queue if you tell them to do so.  Not a big deal, just looks odd for it to appear.
