[BNK] Bookshelf clipping through floor of upper room

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansions. All Game Packs except Batuu. All Stuff Packs. Book Nook Kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In all wall heights, when using the new modular bookcases from the Book Nook Kit and snapping together components to form a floor to ceiling bookcase the top of the topmost bookcase clips through the floor of an upper room. Particularly when using the Genremax Medium Bookshelf on top of the Genremax Bookshelf
What happens when the bug occurs? The top of the modular bookcase clips and flickers through the floor of the upper room when the camera moves
What do you expect to see? No clipping. If the game, without move objects on, is allowing me to place a bookcase just under the ceiling, it should not clip through the ceiling.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I managed to capture some of it here. Something sold as a book nook kit should be able to manage floor to ceiling bookcases without clipping. The flickering is very irritating
