Body Scar Options Missing plus Other Bugs

This seems to be a bug. I held off from giving my sim any body scars because I wanted to put them on after they become a werewolf. But now body scar options are completely missing while face scars are still available. I play on the PC, I do have mods but this seems to be something other people are reporting to have the same problem with so I don't believe it's my mods causing this.

Another werewolf issue I've noticed is that when I am editing the werewolf form and then go back to human, all options disappear. I can't access hair, clothing, accessories, nothing. I'm forced to close out from CAS and select to edit the Sim again in order to get everything working again.

There is also a massive lag happening that forced me to lower a couple of my graphic settings but I have a high end computer, so that shouldn't be happening.

Oh and my Sim won't stop trying to change the color of their phone when they return home from another location. Actually another issue with the phone is that, cool as it is to see Sims checking their phone as they're walking around, it's a bit weird when a Werewolf is rampaging but then also still trying to check their phone. My Sim was running around town on all four during a rampage but then would check his phone which made the animation all wonky.
