Broken computer has no repair interaction available

When my sims' computers break, I don't have the option to repair them. If I put in a call for a repair man, they show up and say there's nothing to repair and then leave.

I have no mods or CC. I have tried repairing the game on the EA app and clearing files as recommended on this forum.

@FurfishRemix Are those maybe unbreakable computers that shouldn't break ? Which ones are you using ?

    @crinrict It has happened with the Standard Portable Computer and Respecterion Mid-Range Desktop, which I believe are both breakable.
