Bugged vet workers

What is your current game version number? Don’t know, cannot find cheat console
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and dogs, vampire, and eco lifestlye
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a vet clinic and hire staff
What happens when the bug occurs? The staff does not ever accept patients, just randomly talks to them.
What do you expect to see? Accept the patient and take their animal to the exam table
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I have 2 exam tables and 2 check in stations if that makes any diffrence. Usually I’ll have a customer waiting and neither worker (I have 2) do anything but talk to them while I have to do another customer myself.
