Mk, so, I've had the same problem but with the Highschool Years expansion. I found the answer to that one, so it might be the same answer for yours, too. With Highschool Years, there's an item called ''Catch My Thrift Clothes Rack and Shelf" which you can place hanging clothes on. For me, it appears in the Displays section of Surfaces, so I assume the answer for Dream Home Decorators is in there, too. I know this post was made a while ago, and you've probably found the answer already, but in case you haven't- here it is (hopefully) :>
