Buildmode shortcut not working since January Patch

I found this accidently as I went to use the b button for a shortcut to build mode and it didn't work. I pressed numourous times and nothing happens. No mods or cc just latest patch and outdoors retreat installed.

    You need to press F2 for build mode. B is just for the wall tool
