[BY DESIGN] Change speed-time breaks the TV's image

I don't know why but after the Movie Hangout my TVs are breaking the signal when I change the time speed. I recorded a video to show what is happening. I'm not using mod or CC for now....

After an update the TV of sims are in static when accelerates the speed of time in the game and boring is a buzz that is when the TV is so. It hurts my eardrums. If it were possible to remove this buzz I would be very grateful.

It's not liked by many. There's no info if anything will be done about it but I do think they are aware on how disliked it is.

    It's all right. The biggest problem for me is just the buzz. Withdrawing he'll be grateful.

      I think that's the case for most. I'm reading so many complaints about the sound.
