[BY DESIGN] Childhood skills don't help later in life

My child sim had a lot of skills that she had learned, but now that she's a teenager they don't seem to be doing anything for her; all her skills start at 1 and don't seem to be getting learned at a ...

    Thanks, that's good info to have. Shame really, those skills take AGES to level up, and if it has to be maxed it's not worth the effort.
