[BY DESIGN] Garden full of invisible weeds!!

Issue: Garden no longer showing weeds even though they are present and need to be weeded. The attached shows my Sim weeding the garden with no sign of weeds.

Where does the bug occur? This is game-wide.

Mods/CC: I have no mods or custom content installed.

Expansion Packs/Game Packs/Stuff Packs: Every game & stuff pack available.

Occurring since: Installation of the last game pack - Hangouts

Operating system: Windows 10 Pro, Build 10.0.10586

    Hello.

    I've heard this is by design.  Weeds won't fully display until several Sim-hours after the interaction is available.  This is to allow you to stop the weeds from growing by being able to get rid of them at an early stage.  If the weeds don't appear though for longer than a Sim-day, there may be a problem.

    I noticed this a while ago but didn't think anything of it I can't see any weeds but clicking on the plant it shows in the menu to weed it and your sims weeds it ok

    Just now I checked on an old version of Sims 4 (the version that first launched, before all of the patches), and this was occurring on that version also.  The Weed interaction became available on several plants, and a half-Sim-day later the weeds visually appeared.

    Hm, interesting. Feels it it's longer now then. Something changed in the GT patch.

    Maybe it's just my perception though.

    I'll change this to by design.
