[BY DESIGN] [GF] Listening to someone else's track causes angry moodlet

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.59.73.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get To Work, Get Famous, Get Together, Seasons, City Living, Cats and Dogs, Outdoor Retreat, Vampires, Jungle Adventure, Parenthood, Dine Out and Realm Of Magic
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim listening to a track on the radio.
What happens when the bug occurs? The respective sim gets an angry moodlet by hearing to an awesome track and it is bewildering because he is happy about the music but it is an angry moodlet.
What do you expect to see? The moodlet should be a happy moodlet if he / she likes the music / the track.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

As shown in the picture, an angry moodlet for an awesome song.
