[BY DESIGN] [GT] Club Vibes Carrying Over to Different Clubs

My Sim is in different groups.  When he earns rewards for one group, the other groups benefit from the same rewards.  For example, his group that he exercises in has the Energizing  vibe.  He can act...

    It's by design that club vibes carry over to other clubs. Once your Sim unlocks the ability to set vibes, that Sim can use that ability with any club they're part of. It's also by design that the CAS and B/B unlocks become available for the entire household.

    This is still occurring for the club vibes as of the February 2016 patch.  For the CAS and Build items, I believe it is per household CAS.  Once you unlock them for one club in the household, the objects become available to all members of the household no matter what club they are in.
