Bit disappointed after rebuilding my neighbourhood to find my club, bar and lounge, which have multiple mixologist stations still only have one bartender per venue.
Is this normal or am I missing another object to spawn bartenders?

Really unsure. Have never tried this. Would think it should be per station like in Sims 3.

You only get one bartender per nightclub, lounge or bar. I don't know if it is a bug, but I have tried numerous times to add another bar both on newly built lots and the standard bars like the Rattlesnake. After playing through several bar shifts, still only one shows up. It is very annoying to build a large lounge with several bar stations and they are all empty except for one.
It's probably not a bug then I think.

I have the same problem. Wasn't a problem before latest Patch or Perfect Patio.

From my experience the game has always only allowed one bartender. If it is intentional, that is unfortunate as it really creates crowds around the one working bartender when you invite 15 sims to a venue. In the sims 3 you could have multiple bar stations staffed with bartenders.
