    Build Snowpal interaction is no longer available on non-natural ground (For Simmers that own Seasons and/or Snowy Escape). That's why it's called a Snowpal, not a Floorpal!

    Guess this was never a bug.

I've also seen this in the 1 torendi Tower penthouse on PS4. If you direct a sim to "make a snowpal" in the yard area, the snow pile disappears and shows up in the household or sim inventory.
