[BY DESIGN] Unable to paint some of the Emotional Aura Paintings

a sim although in an emotional state & a skilled painter is unable to paint some of the emotional paintings

it seems not to work with Inspirational & Energized mood

i tested it so far with Confident & Angry too, those two seem to work as intended

    Inspired and energized have never been included as emotions that could be painted. So, this isn't a bug, it's by design.
