[BY DESING] Black objects have green/purple-ish texture.

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but: fitness and kids stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at many black objetcs and/or clothing
What happens when the bug occurs? Can see some purple and green in the texture.
What do you expect to see? Black objects and clothing to be just black, no green and purple involved.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I had removed all of my mods (I only have the serial killer one) and it still occurred. Green and purple gradient on black objects and sometimes other colours and clothes too (only black clothes).

Screenshots from my own game and then the picture shown in the NVIDIA GeForce optimisation page also. I hadn't noticed this all along, I am not sure how long it has been there and maybe I just hadn't noticed. Only occurs in The Sims 4.

@EmBea81 I can confirm that I see the same gradient of color in black (and other dark) palette options in my game.  I would actually think that this is by design, in order to give surfaces a bit more of a textured look, but it can get ugly when you zoom in, depending upon the object (like the doors below, where it looks like there is a weird after image of the door handles above them).

I'll tag @SimQARobo to see if he can confirm it's by design.
