Camera Bounce on some lots (Patch 1.109.185/1.98)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have started uploading videos to my YouTube channel for you guys. I'll put links in the Compose Box.
What happens when the bug occurs? The camera bounces significantly. It happens when a build has more than one level. For me, that is the only component where the bouncing is happening.
What do you expect to see? There should be no camera bounce at all. When I'm trying to zoom in to an area on one floor, the camera shouldn't bounce dramatically up or down to another floor. It should just let me zoom in to the area smoothly. Sometimes, the bounce is so bad that I cannot edit the area I'm trying to.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
@crinrict Hi Crin, Thank you and your team for working to fix the camera bounce that many of us have been experiencing when we're building structures with two or more levels/floors. Some of the lots are notably better. No problems at all.
This new topic post is a follow-up to your request to let you know if I'm still experiencing camera bounce. I am.
While some of the lots have been fixed and work great, others are bad and have tons of camera bounce.
One note I want to make is that this camera bounce, for me, has nothing to do with manipulating terrain. Yes, I do have one, maybe two, builds where I worked on the terrain. Otherwise, my builds have the same terrain as they originally did before I started building.
I've started posting videos on my YT channel showing which lots still have camera bounce. I am still looking through all of the lots I've built on. Below are links to three videos so far. I believe that everything you want to know about the problem lots, I've noted with each video.
