Cancelled Action not leaving Queue

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:Sony Playstation 4 Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%) What is your current game version number? 1.28 ...

    This can happen from time to time with many actions, though some are notorious (drinking from other Sims as a vampire for example).

    It should  have no negative impact. Travelling to another lot deletes the symbol.

@Blood0rchid I don't know how you do this on PS4, but on PC, you turn on cheats. Then you press Shift and click with your mouse. Click on "Reset Object (Debug)". This resets the sim and removes all actions from his / her queue.
