Cancelled Action not leaving Queue

    This can happen from time to time with many actions, though some are notorious (drinking from other Sims as a vampire for example).

    It should  have no negative impact. Travelling to another lot deletes the symbol.

@Zack4358 Thanks, but I am playing this one with no cheats to get the achievements. Even using one to fix this will ruin the save... I will try what @alanmichael1 said below and ignore it or travel to remove it.

I just wanted to add another method for those that don't want to travel just to remove the stuck interactions, and it's easy enough too. Just select "Manage Worlds" then "Just Go to Manage Worlds" (unless you want to save first, which is always a good idea anyway), then simply navigate back to your household and select to play it. When you do this it seems to react in a similar way as if you had just loaded your save and started playing, so I'm sure it could also help with other potential issues that reloading a save can help with. Just traveling would be better if you wanted to take your sim somewhere anyway, but using Manage Worlds could be good if you want to keep your sim where they are.
