Cannot change eyes or brows in CAS

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a new save, and try to change eye/eyebrow colour by clicking on eyes/eyebrows in Detail Edit Mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? Clicking on eyes/eyebrows does nothing. The shape can still be changed by holding X and moving the stick, but there is no option for colours.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to change the colour of my sims' eyes/eyebrows.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I haven't made a new Sim for a while, but the family I usually play with has been too buggy to continue, so I have no idea how long this has been an issue for.
