Cannot research plants after fertilizing

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Base game only
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fertilize plants once, after a few days, evolve, harvest or sell the crops. Then the option for "research" is unavailable. The plants stay like that for days and after that if you travel between lots, when you go back, all of them become dirt piles and stay like that for days.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the plants are with the "research" option unavaliable, they don't produce harvestables, but insects and weeds still appear and you can remove them. The same happens when they are in the "dirt pile" mode. If you put the mouse on the dirt piles, some of them are in the state like if they could be evolved, but the "evolve" button does not appear.
What do you expect to see? Normal gardening.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I had this bug for a long, was playing with all expansions and MCCC, but decided to play test with base game only and no mods. I tested again in a new save in a in-game week and documented what happened. I also have the save files and lots of screenshots if someone needs.

Day 01

Planted in pots: mushroom, basil, parsley, sage, spinach, carrot, daisy, bluebell, chrysanthemum, grape, apple, banana

Day 02

Harvestable: mushroom, basil, parsley, spinach, carrot (sell all)

Day 03

Harvestable: none

Researchable: sage, daisy, bluebell, chrysanthemum, grape, apple, banana (sell all)

Day 04

Daisy became dirt pile after watering

Harvestable: sage, bluebell, chrysanthemum, grape (sell all)

Researchable (after watering and harvest): apple, banana

Fertilizable: all

Day 05

Harvestable: apple (sell all)

Researchable: daisy, banana

Fertilizable: all

Day 06

Banana became unresearchable after haverst

Harvestable: banana (sell all)

Researchable: daisy

Fertilizable: all

Day 07

Harvestable: daisy (sell all)

Researchable: daisy

Fertilizable: all

All plants except daisy turned into dirt piles after going to manage worlds

Plants turned back to normal (adult fase), became researchable and fertilizable after put into inventory and them back into the lot

Day 08

Harvestable: all (sell all)

All plants became unresearchable after harvesting

Fertilizable: all

Fertilize upper roll of plants, plants became “evolvable”, but evolve button does not appear

All plants became dirt piles after going to manage worlds

Saving the lot to the library and them putting back make plants become normal
