cannot see / change clothes of werewolf sim in non werewolf form

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know why it happened, I started a new game, created a new occult sim, a werewolf, I edited the werewolf form, began to change the werewolf form clothes but quickly realized that the clothing was probably linked, unlinked clothing, finished editing werewolf form and went to edit non-were form and could not view clothes. I could still view / change clothes in were-form and on a newly created sim, but not in non-were form. have been unable to recreate thus far. In case it's relevant, the were-form has custom painting on the fur, I failed to account for this in my minimal testing.
What happens when the bug occurs? can not view / change clothes of werewolf sim in non-were form. CAS menu side bar comes up, but nothing more

Please describe the patch or change you made. I installed the werewolf game pack and attempted to play it for the first time. the buged sim is the first werewolf sim I ever tried to make.
