    I just downloaded island living and im having the same issue. I cant even get to cheats bc I only start with $705 and cant afford anything

      @TheFmwade Freerealestate lets you buy the lot for free. Does that not work ?

        The free real estate cheat is sensitive to when you do it. 

        you got to put it in before you try and place the family
