Can't Become Woohoo Partners

All expansions, all game packs except Journey to Batuu, Moschino Stuff, Tiny Living, Laundry Day, Vintage Glamour, Backyard Stuff, My First Pet Stuff, Toddler Stuff, Romantic Garden, Luxury Party, Paranormal Stuff, Nifty Knitting, Kids Room Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to find the option to "ask to be woohoo partners" in the social menu. It doesn't exist
What happens when the bug occurs? No option to ask to be woohoo partners exists in the social menu, neither in friendly or romance
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the option to ask a sim to be woohoo partners especially when trying to create ace sims.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I haven't seen the option since I downloaded Growing Together. I had the option until then.

I've tried to find the option so many times on multiple sims in multiple saves, even after repairing the game. It just doesn't exist for me anymore, and I can't find the option to ask to be woohoo partners in any of the social menu categories when it was there before.
