Cant Open Seed Packets Or Plant In Planter or Garden

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Every time you go to open a seed packet it disappears and nothing is added to the inventory. After setting down seed packet on ground it instantly disappears. Also I currently can not plant anything into pots or garden plots. It shows red every time I go to plant an object.
What happens when the bug occurs? Every opening of a seed packet disappears and does not add anything to inventory. Then I cant plant anything into planters or garden whatsoever. It shows red every time I try to plant a plant. Had no issue whatsoever planting or opening packets until yesterday.
What do you expect to see? I expect to open seed packs and get stuff to plant into my inventory and then being able to plant the objects into a planter or plot.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. 4 days ago purchased cottage living and had these issues yesterday
