Can't place a lot from my gallery library

My lot was on Oakenstead in Willow Creek. I tried placing it on other lots such as the park in WC and OS, even the national park in Granite Falls, and still a problem! Also, when I place an error lot in a smaller empty plot than the lot, It gives me a "Falied to load lot data" message instead! ☹️
Is the house in your gallery so I can give it a try ?

I case of an "Oops" message, The lot name is Colonial WIP Test. My Origin ID is RyeCris16. Please let me know if you already downloaded it so I could remove it quickly. Thank you! 🙂
Saved it to my library so you can remove it.
Have the same issue when placed through build mode. I can however place it through manage world.
Looks like it's placed off limits in build mode.
Oh, that's weird! Mine is still not working even when I placed in Manage World. It doesn't seem to show the house. ☹️
Oh well, I think I'm going to redo my build, which takes me too long to copy the layout.
