What do you expect to see? "plan engagement dinner" event option

My two Sims have maxed out friendship and romance, and are dating, but there is no option on the phone, computer, or callender to plan an engagement dinner. I tried having them talk about marriage, and had one sim ask the other's father for a blessing. I just installed My Wedding Stories a few days ago.
