Can't plan wedding, says we're not engaged

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.82.99.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Vampires and Star Wars
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have two sims get engaged & have the sim that got proposed to plan a wedding on the calendar
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim that got proposed to can't plan wedding, game says they have to be engaged first; their partner that proposed to them CAN plan a wedding
What do you expect to see? Both sims should be able to plan a wedding
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Is the Sim you plan the wedding with an occult ?- @naeshelle Does the wedding go through when you plan with the other Sim ? For the other user it was a problem that the Sim wasn't available for the wedding.
