Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to put a food item into the fridge from a Sim's inventory or from the lot.
What happens when the bug occurs? I try to drag food items (fish, leftover cooked dishes) into the fridge either from my Sim's inventory or from a table or counter in the lot's kitchen on a standard residential lot, but I cannot put the item into the fridge. This happens from trying to drop the item onto the fridge itself or from clicking the Open option on the fridge radial menu and trying to drop the item into the fridge inventory. The dish was cooked by my played sim on the lot using the fridge and the pressure cooker from the For Rent pack, and the fish were bought at the Tomorang fish market.
What do you expect to see? I expect the item to be placed into the fridge.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Drag and drop was working fine before the patches implemented to fix post-Lovestruck patch errors.

I don't have a solution for the fridge but I do have a work around. While your sim still owns the fridge buy a new one. I know it's a pain as it's expensive, especially if you update your appliances. But, when you have bought the new one sell the old one. Put the new one in its place and you can then put items into it and the items you already had in there should now be in the new one. It doesn't stop it from happening again though. It's very frustrating.

It's not just happening with the fridge though. It's also the fish tank and the Nectar shelves and anything that holds storage
