Can't transfer anything from personal inventory

What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot move anything out of my inventory and into something else, like I can't get food from my inventory into my Sims fridge or I can't put fish in the aquarium.
What do you expect to see? It fixed
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I can't move anything from my Sim's personal inventory. I tried moving harvested vegetables and fruits and fish from the inventory into the refrigerator and it won't work.
