I could travel to the empty lot and saved, but then reinstalled it and when I try to load the saved game with the museum in it, the issue persists.
OK. Could you try this then
- Start a new game
- Load the museum and save THAT museum to the library
- Close game
- Start your game
- Replace museum with the the one from the library (the one you just saved from a fresh game)
- Try traveling there.

Thanks for the replies. How could I keep the one from the fresh start that I save to the library? When I paste back the old saves I lose it. In which folder is the library data stored? Thanks.

The library is your private space on the gallery. You could upload it to the gallery just as well but the library will save it to your tray folder. You can then replace it to your old game through the gallery/library.

I've added a museum from the community and I can travel now. I'm not sure but I think that could be that sell a paint to the museum could have caused the issue because after doing that I couldn't travel to the newly added museum and deleting and adding it again worked.
I didn't copy the museum from a new game but I think that could work since is the same.
Thanks!

Something is def. up with that museum.
Do you still have the save game where it's not working ? If so, would you upload it somewhere and PM me the link ?
