CAS Earlobe detachment: Gauges from Life and Death & Eco Lifestyle

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.294.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them except journey to batuu
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into CAS, and select either the gauges from Eco Lifestyle or the new ones from Life and Death.
What happens when the bug occurs? The ears/gauges are now deformed. The earlobe is detached from the ear and sticks out when you are looking at your sim face on.
What do you expect to see? The earlobe where the gauge is to be seemless as can be with the ear. (not sticking straught out)
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I know it is a bug because i have used the Eco Lifestyle gauges many times and never seen them look this way before. On certain ear shapes it seems less noticeable from the front view but when you look at the side it become more visible.
