Casanova Cave Kit TV Issue

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.112.481.1030 DX11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All DLC with a few Kits excepted.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By placing the new jumbo screen TV from the Casanova Cave Kit and having a Sim attempt to Watch TV or Movie.
What happens when the bug occurs? The audio works. The projector light effect works. There is no video/picture on the screen. There is a slight flickering of light on the screen while in use.
What do you expect to see? I expcet to see the TV Channels and Movies videos on the screen.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I installed all 4 kits at the same time: Casanova Cave Secret Sanctuary Comfy Gamer Sweet Slumber (i could be remembering this name wrong.) I also had the game update installed on 1.14.2025 and it was my first time playing since.
