[CCSP] [GALLERY] Jewelry on downloaded Sims can't be removed

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? gp12.77
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All EPs and GPs around half the Kits and Stuff Packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Upload a sim to gallery wearing Crystal Creations jewellery.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the uploaded sim is downloaded any jewellery they were wearing is permanently in place, unable to remove it as obviously their inventory is empty.
What do you expect to see? Crystal Creations jewellery should be removed when uploading to the gallery.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Bit of an unusual one obviously and I doubt this is something that happens to many, I only discovered it as I moved all my households to a new save file. As I deleted the old save without realising a couple of my sims are completely unable to wear Crystal Creations necklaces as they were uploaded wearing them and now I’m unable to go back and remove them.
