If in any action where dog is on a leash & sim walks through zone adjacent to spawn point by culpepper apartments, sim will continuously loop with dog walking/jogging in tight circle around that bugged point. Sim unresponsive to cancel or any other commands, will not cease activity on own even as uncomfortable moodlet increases. Will not respond to cancel after entering and exiting build mode. Only current known way to stop dog walking and resume command responses is by entering manage worlds, reentering household, and immediately canceling leash action. On console, so no cheats/mods to blame.
Dog still always begging to be walked even though he is leading owner to bug that will cause death by exhaustion if not intervened with. He is still good boy but starting to push it.
