[CD] [ECO] Unable to empty a pet bowl if there is only dumpster on the lot

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? The issue relates to The Sims 4: Cats and Dogs and The Sims 4: Eco Lifestyle
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Boot the title. 2. Start a new game/load any save file. 3. On the empty lot place bowl and dumpster from Eco Lifestyle. 4. Fill the bowl with food. 5. Try to empty the bowl.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Player is unable to empty the bowl.
What do you expect to see? The Player can empty the bowl and throw away the food to the dumpster from Eco Lifestyle.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Player can't dump the food from the bowl to the dumpster from Eco Lifestyle. When throwing away food to any other trash can, there is the animation of the sim throwing away a small trash bug, so it seems like there shouldn't be a problem with throwing this bag to a dumpster, because the animation of throwing bigger trash bag to it is already present in the game. It would be really helpful for situations when the Player doesn't have any trash can besides this dumpster, because for now, the only way to empty the ball is to buy another trash can, just for this purpose.
