[CD] Friend of the Animals: Train out misbehaviors not counted/working

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.104.58.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion: All except For Rent Game Packs: All Stuff Packs: All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim with the Friend of the Animals aspiration. When a pet misbehaves, lecture the pet.
What happens when the bug occurs? Even when the bubble with the green arrow is seen above the sim's head, it's not counted towards the aspiration.
What do you expect to see? The "Successfullt train out 2 Misbehavior" count to go up.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I'm not sure but I think I remember a tune being played and the sim petting the pet after a pet's behavior is corrected - been a while since I played so I could be mistanken. Since nothing in particular happens after the sim "successfully" lectures the pet I'm not sure if this is simply an issue with the aspiration or if lecturing doesn't work at all.
