[CD] 'Let Out' Interaction Doesn't Satisfy Independent Dogs' Need for Walks

Same issue here. My dog will also stay out running the same loop of town indefinitely unless I call it home or reset it. This has and continues to happen with various playthroughs and saves. Super annoying. One of many bug/issues that seem to continue to be ignored by EA. Just sloppy programing imo. Like when they changed the "Ask about day" to "Check in on" in the social interactions menu yet left all the goals in the aspirations and jobs with the "Ask someone about their day". It's as if there's little to no quality control.
