[CD] Maxed improved deluxe vacuum cleaner keeps breaking

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but eco lifestyle, journey to battuu. Kits I have just bust the dust and county yard.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter the game, place the deluxe vacuum cleaner (cats and dogs), max out the improvements possible both in the base as in the round robot vacuum cleaner. Play for a while. Get out of the game. Re-enter the game. The vacuum is broken and can't be fixed, the sim trying to fix it gets stuck for hours on the animation of fixing and nothing happens. Only gets over when you replace the robot vacuum cleaner (at a 200 cost) on the pie menu. Every time I re-enter the game I have to do that in all the vacuum cleaners of that kind I have in my played home.
What happens when the bug occurs? I have explained it in the previous space. The vacuum starts broken and can't be fixed. I have to manually replace each one clicking.
What do you expect to see? I expect that the unbreakable status of the improvement really applies itself to the vacuum and it stop breaking. And in case it breaks, the minimum is to be fixable.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Not able to post a picture now because I'm with the game open and reporting the bug from my cellphone. It would be amazing to have a feature to exchange image files between devices so you can do that.

The game takes a long time to load and for me is not worthy to close the game just to report a bug.
