[CD] Pets can't eat on vacation

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.68.154.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except for Journey to Batuu.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go on vacation and try to feed a cat or dog.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim will fill the bowl and call the pet to eat, but the pet doesn't.
What do you expect to see? I expect the pet to eat.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I downloaded the selectable pets mod to see what the pet does, but the eat interaction doesn't even show up while they're on vacation.

    @crinrictWithout the mod and with it. This has been happening since I got Jungle Adventure(my first pack that had a vacation world) back in December of last year. I've only started using mods since March.

    @ap_2100 Does it matter which bowl ? I just tried and had no issue (tested the rental lot in SE)

    @ap_2100 did you update your game to the newest version ? You write 1.32 which is actually a console version and not a PC one and also not the newest.

    When you open your main menu, what does it say at the bottom ?

    @crinrict Sorry! I'm not too tech savvy and didn't realize it was on the menu. My version is 1.68.154.1020
