[CD] Rug covers base of cat trees

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.349.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place rug on cat tree.
What happens when the bug occurs? The base of cat tree does not go over rug, but rather the cat tree sits underneath it.
What do you expect to see? The rug to go under the cat tree
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I tried multiple rugs and it doesn't seem to matter which I choose. I remember this also being a bug in 2019, so maybe there is something I'm doing wrong, but I'm not sure.

    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All content installed 

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place cat furniture on any rug.

    What happens when the bug occurs? The rug covers the base of the cat furniture wherever it touches it.

    What do you expect to see? I expect the cat furniture to sit on the rug.

    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console never used.

    Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

    Please describe the patch or change you made. Adding Lovestruck plus the associated patches.

    At first I thought this was because I used MOO. But I tested without and it's still happening. It was working fine before adding Lovestruck and the patches and hot fixes but that's the closest I can narrow it down to.
