@BandFan851 Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post

For some reason it says DX12 even though i followed the steps to change back to DX9
My steam also says DX9- crinrict11 months agoHero+@BandFan851 The DxDiag shows what you're system is capable of. To see what version the game runs you need to check the main menu. It should say next to the version number.
Dx9 is not a launch option. Just DX11 is but since you have an Intel chip, it defaults to DX9. There are others that have issues with that particular chip (not the lockers but crashing on upper cabinets).
Could you try the issue goes away if you change that from -dx9 to -dx11 to run DX11 ?
Just for testing.
Juding from the errors in the DxDiag, you are running DX9 though
