Child gets 'too many quick meal' moodlet on aging up without eating any

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.99.305.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except for Men’s modern ware kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a toddler age up to a child during a birthday party
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim becomes uncomfortable from to many quickmeals but she never had quickmeals
What do you expect to see? For my child sim to not have this moodlet
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

My family’s oldest daughter just aged up from a toddler to a child and during her birthday party she had a piece of strawberry cake and then played a new friend in dont wake the llama  and then she suddenly became uncomfortable because she had a too many quick meals moodlet. The only issue I have with this is she never had a quick meal. As an infant of course she had infant food from exploring food and then as a toddler whether her parents put her in the highchair or not she always ate cooked meals that her mom made so where is this moodlet coming from? Also she aged up fat which really isn’t a big deal but both her parents are vegetarians so they were always eating vegetarian safe meals or at the end of her last few weeks as a toddler different salads because her parents are also trying to lose weight they’ve both randomly gained but my child is the only one with the to many quick meals moodlet. Any suggestions on how I can make this moodlet go away so she won’t spend her entire childhood years uncomfortable!?
