Usually, your child can't run on a treadmill until they become a young adult. But for some reason, she suddenly started (by herself) to run on the treadmill. When I switched to her, running wasnt in her action listing. Plus, it looked really weird because she's normally too short to actually stand on it, so the game made her legs automatically stretch weirdly. After she was done, I still couldn't make her run on the treadmill.
Added but are you using any mods in your game ?
I believe this to be fixed.
It was also happening with adults and pirate ships but I haven't seen it in a while

This happened to me today. A visiting child hopped on the treadmill with super long arms and legs. My own child sim has no availabile interaction with the treadmill. I have a picture posted on Twitter. My game is fully up to date and I never use mods. I have almost every pack and only a few kits.
Autonomy for non player controlled Sims has been weird in the last few weeks. Endlessly baking cakes and whatnot. I think this is the first time I have seen one do something they should not be able to.
