Children don't get Minty Breath confident moodlet after brushing teeth

@Nozladi Do you just have issues with children or any Sim ? Tested this with my adult and don't have an issue. Moodlet appeared immediately. For my child SIm it also didn't work.

I'll check when I get back in game. Took a small Game of Thrones break. 🤣  I'll go back to play in an hour or so.
