@crinrictI'm not in my game right now, but I'm pretty sure you can't set a front door on a penthouse. I'll check and let you know.
ETA: I just checked and there is no trespassing settings or "set as front door" option on any of the doors in the penthouse. Probably because you enter by clicking on the building entrance and spawning at the elevator. There is no option at the building entrance or the elevator either. It would be nice if there was as NPCs often just walk into the penthouses without being invited.
@rlc77It is the front door to the penthouse. At least it should be. It is the entrance to the penthouse from the elevator lobby. If this is the case, then the entire building needs restrictions.
