[CL] Door Restriction Options Not Available in penthouses

I've tested this with and without mods... The door restrictions to disallow vampires/solicitors/friends/neighbors are not available on this lot only. I've changed the doors and the issue persists. The general lock options (for household, employees, etc) are available.
Clues?

Product: The Sims 4
Platform: PC/Windows
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time I play this specific lot. Does not replicate on other lots.
What is your current game version number? 1.99.305.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a Sim residing in FountainView Penthouse attempt to restrict front door access.
What happens when the bug occurs? There are no options available other than the general Lock options.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the options to Disallow vampires/solicitors/friends/neighbors
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, but I've tested with and without mods or CC. The doors are not CC.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Not sure. I don't believe I've played this lot since the door restrictions became available.

    @crinrict It doesn't make sense to me either. I think we should have the ability to assign a front door to a penthouse. It doesn't matter if it's a bug or just an oversight or bad decision. We've seen plenty of all those things in this game.

    Ive recently set my sim up in a penthouse in the Arts area in City Living.  I deleted everything apart from the elevator, mail box and trash chute.  After building I noticed you cant set a front door which if I remember rightly has always been this way.  Problem is people of the streets just walk in and do what they want and you cant get them out.  No knocking, hello, nothing.  I have other doors leading outside to a large balcony and they are coming in to use MY swimming pool as well.   All I can do is lock the Main door and unlock when needed.  Im guessing without the Front door option you cant stop people from walking in as they like.  As its residential and not a business this shouldn't happen anyway.  You shouldn't have to set a front door and choose no tress passing in a residential penthouse as its obvious. This needs fixing.. ☹️  Might have to move my sim.  Ooooh the frustration.  (NO MODS or CC)
